Only Tenders provides a platform for users to access information and resources related to government tenders in South Africa. The App may include features such as:
The App offers a month-to-month, non-recurring subscription that provides access to certain features and functionalities. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You will need to manually renew your subscription if you wish to continue using the premium features.
Payment for the subscription will be processed through a secure payment gateway. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@onlytenders.co.za. Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
The content of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Only Tenders or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without the express written permission of Only Tenders.
You agree to use the App in a lawful and responsible manner. You will not:
The App and all information and content provided through the App are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Only Tenders disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Only Tenders does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the App. You are solely responsible for verifying any information obtained through the App.
Only Tenders will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Only Tenders may terminate your access to the App at any time without notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of these Terms.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Only Tenders regarding your use of the App.
